Surface Preparation & Priming:

Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free of oil, dust, or laitance. In harsh or damp conditions, prime using Fill-One Primer 106. When sealing natural stone, apply Fill-One Primer 105 to avoid staining.

Easy Application:
Cut the tip of the 600ml sausage pack to suit joint width, insert a backing rod to the correct depth, and apply using a standard barrel gun. Finish the seal using a dry spatula. Always adhere to correct joint width-to-depth ratios (e.g., 1:1 for 6–10mm widths, then 2:1 beyond that). Avoid three-sided adhesion by using a bond breaker or backer cord.
